FoodProspect is an independent commercial intelligence service, separate from UK public authorities. Business data is compiled from the Companies House register and the Food Standards Agency (Food Hygiene Rating Scheme — FHRS), published under the Open Government Licence.
Online payments, billing compliance, and global sales tax / VAT collection for FoodProspect subscriptions are administered via Stripe Managed Payments.
This notice is provided in accordance with the Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002, the Companies (Trading Disclosures) Regulations 2008 and related UK requirements for online service providers.
